Come to our HIRING EVENT!!
When: Wednesday, July 19^th | 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Where: 730 Tiffin St. Willard, Ohio

Spherion and MTD representatives will be available to talk about openings and provide tours of the facility! 

Only 100 openings and they will fill fast!

1^st and 2^nd Shift Available  ** A majority of openings are currently on 2nd shift**
Pay Rate = $11.00/hr + weekly quality and attendance bonuses. 

Simply attending all your scheduled shifts in a workweek bumps your hourly rate to $11.20 for the week. There is still an opportunity to make a production bonus in addition to the attendance bonus for full-time employees. 

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Fast paced
- Team oriented
- Hand tools and air guns experience beneficial 
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED is NOT required to work at MTD in Willard but is required in order to be hired in full-time.
