On Wednesday, October 25th, Pepperidge Farm Flex Pack, in partnership with Spherion Mid Ohio, will be hosting an on-site hiring event! The event starts at Spherion's Willard office located at 730 East Tiffin Street and the tour will take place at Pepperidge Farm Flex Pack.

There are packaging positions available on all shifts.
Pay Rate = $10.50/hr + Overtime

Responsibilities:
While keeping up with a conveyor belt, employees pull and package product from belt while doing quick inspections. There is no heavy lifting, but efficiency and teamwork are essential to completing daily goals.

Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma / GED
- Position may require drug screen and background check
- No experience required!
