Pay Rate: $14 - $20 per hour
1st Shift- 6am-4pm or 7am-4pm
2nd Shift- 3pm-12am or 4pm-12am
3rd Shift- 9pm-6am Sanitation only (occasional Saturdays)
Packers, 2nd shift: Packaging and monitoring for quality errors on the cookies/crackers line, good hand-eye coordination, ability to lift up to 50lbs, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mixers, 2nd shift: Efficient Mixers for the Mixing department will blend together all of the necessary dry, wet, and refrigerated ingredients to deliver a finished product to the customer that meets their formula specifications. Individuals must be able to work well on a team, operate in a fast-paced environment, while also adhering to SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards, as well as general food safety and quality guidelines which will be relayed upon employment.
Machine Operators, 1st and 2nd shift: Machine/Line Operators are responsible for monitoring, operating and troubleshooting the packaging equipment while working efficiently and following all procedures for producing quality products according to customer specifications, as well as following safety, GMP and quality procedures. Mechanical repair experience preferred.
Sanitation, 3rd shift: Support adherence to good hygiene practices, pest management programs, cleaning procedures, and clear zoning principles in the factory, support internal auditing program, manage multiple objectives and assure safety and quality of all products.
QA- 2nd shift- Supports and complies with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, preventative maintenance programs and legality.
Full Time, Long Term, Temp-to-Permanent
Packers: Entry Level, Physical, Education, Other: Stand for 8 to 10 hours; fast paced packaging; eye for detail; motivated
Mixers: Follow batch sheet without deviation while mixing product. Any deviation must be approved. All deviations recorded on the batch adjustment sheet
Machine Operators: Responsible for production of precision finished goods, accountable for inspections, machine adjustments, verify product is correct.
Sanitation: Support adherence to good hygiene practices, pest management programs, cleaning procedures, and clear zoning principles in the factory, support internal auditing program, manage multiple objectives and assure safety and quality of all products
QA: Comfortability with high level math
