Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages from Spherion Mid Ohio Employment Services Inc. ("Spherion Mid Ohio," "Spherion," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from Spherion Mid Ohio and service providers acting on our behalf. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Messages may include information pertaining to employment and staffing services, such as:

· Job Opportunities: Job alerts, recruiting outreach, and information about available positions.

· Application Updates: Application status, follow-up requests, and recruiting updates.

· Interview and Onboarding Reminders: Interview reminders, onboarding steps, orientation information, and required follow-up.

· Assignment Communications: Scheduling information, assignment updates, attendance-related reminders, and other employment communications.

· Other Employment Information: Service notifications, referral or incentive information, and other communications related to your relationship with Spherion Mid Ohio.

Consent to receive automated or marketing text messages is not a condition of employment, applying for employment, accepting an assignment, or receiving staffing services from Spherion Mid Ohio. Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency will vary. Spherion Mid Ohio reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, which may increase or decrease the total number of messages you receive.

Warranty

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Spherion Mid Ohio, its service providers, and the wireless carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS and MMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider or network operator.

How to Quit

At any time, text the keyword STOP to the number we texted you from to cancel applicable SMS messages. After texting STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming your request to opt out.

Spherion Mid Ohio will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate that you no longer wish to receive applicable SMS messages, including recognized opt-out terms such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. We will process valid opt-out requests as soon as practicable.

After opting out, you will no longer receive applicable automated SMS messages unless you later provide consent to receive them again. Opting out of SMS messaging does not prevent you from applying for employment, accepting an assignment, working for Spherion Mid Ohio, or communicating with Spherion through other available channels.

Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile.

Additional wireless carriers may also be supported based on carrier and messaging service-provider availability. Carrier participation, device compatibility, and service availability may change from time to time and are not guaranteed in all locations.

Consistent with Spherion Mid Ohio privacy standards, personal information obtained through our communication channels will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Spherion Mid Ohio may modify or update these SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions when our messaging practices, technology, service providers, or legal and regulatory requirements change. Updates will be reflected through the revision date and communicated through appropriate channels when necessary.
