Our History
LOCAL AND LEADING FOR OVER 30 YEARS.
Spherion Mid Ohio is a locally owned and operated franchise of the national Spherion Staffing and Recruiting agency, which was founded in 1946.
In 1992, Beth DeLaney our local Mid Ohio franchise owner, started her career in Recruiting & Staffing. In 2002, Beth and her husband Mark purchased the franchise.
Guided by deep personal values, a vision for strong communities, and never ones to shy away from innovation, our Mid Ohio franchise has grown to service 12 counties throughout Ohio. See the whole history and timeline.
