Recruiter Jordan may reach out to you directly or you may connect with us online, in-person, or via the phone. Find your local office and they’ll get in touch with you.
Step 3
TALK TO A RECRUITER
Meet with a Spherion recruiter (virtually or in-person), discuss the best opportunities for you, and apply for jobs.
Step 4
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Some placements require a second interview with the employer or additional assessment testing. Spherion will help you prepare, facilitate scheduling, and support you with any questions or concerns.
Step 5
ACCEPT THE JOB
After your interviews, fingers crossed, you get the offer you want. This is when you can celebrate.
Step 6
ONBOARD AND START
Go through Spherion and your new employer's onboarding. We'll make sure you have a good foundation and put you on the road to success.

CONSISTENT CHECK-INS
