Spherion Mid Ohio is looking to fill an internal opening for a Recruiting Specialist in the Mansfield / Richland County area.

About The Opening

SUMMARY:

This position is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified flexible employees through the appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction. Driven by Key Predictive Indicators (KPI) this role is one that has weekly and monthly goals, as well as flexibility for schedule.

As a Recruiting Specialist, you may also provide administrative/analytical support; specific operations/support role; project-driven and be comfortable with technology.

The Perks:

This position will have their own office in our newly remolded building that features natural light/ windows and ergonomic standing/sitting desk. There will be some flexibility for start-end time throughout the day.

Our office has two kitchens, quiet break spaces, and even a Zen Room with cabana bed for those moments to breath or rest when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate and recruit perspective employees through, job-boards, social-media, over the phone and through virtual interviews.
  • Responsible to screen applicants and conduct initial interview to aid in the hiring process.
  • Will be accountable to track interviews and next steps to ensure all candidates have been reached and are in the pipeline or know the next steps.
  • Comfortable jumping between various communication platforms and utilizing multi-media technology (phone, messaging, video-chat, etc.)
  • Recruiters should be motivated by reaching weekly goals and comfortable working at a steady pace.
  • Great customer service, empathy and professional demeanor are a must.
